We sell our water kefir in 16 oz. and 32 oz. glass bottles.

Ginger Beet

Ginger reduces inflammation and can help with arthritis and sore muscles. It also supports digestion and relieves nausea. It boosts immunity and fights oxidative stress. 


Beets are rich in nitrates, antioxidants and fiber.  They improve blood flow and can lower blood pressure. Beets help dilate blood vessels and improve circulation.  They support detoxification and liver health as well as fight oxidative stress and inflammation.  The fiber in Beets promotes healthy gut function and regularity.

Hibiscus

Roselle Hibiscus is well-known for helping to reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure. It is also rich in antioxidants and flights oxidative stress while supporting overall cellular health. Studies suggest it can help protect the liver and improve its function.  Hibiscus is high in vitamin C and other compounds that strengthen immunity.  

Lilikoi

Lilikoi (also known as passionfruit) is rich in antioxidants helping to protect the body from inflammation and oxidative stress. The potassium and fiber in Lilikoi help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels while improving digestion and healthy gut function.  It's high in vitamin C which strengthens the immune system.  Some compounds in Lilikoi may promote relaxation and better sleep.

Mango Turmeric

Mango is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It also supports digestive health with certain enzymes like amylase plus fiber, aiding in digestion and gut health. High levels of vitamin A, beta-carotene, potassium and magnesium support healthy vision, eyes and heart.


Turmeric is a powerful medicinal root due to its active compound curcumin. It has strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Used to soothe the digestive tract and support liver health, it aids digestion and liver detox. 

Soursop Lime Mint

Soursop (aka graviola) is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C to boost your immune system and support overall cellular health. Its fiber content helps regulate digestion and prevent constipation. 


Lime is rich in vitamin C which boosts immunity and improves skin health. It supports hydration and detoxification.


Mint soothes digestion by relaxing the digestive tract to help relieve gas and bloating. It can promote relaxation and mental clarity.

Spirulina Pineapple

Spirulina is a blue-green algae that's considered a superfood because it's incredibly nutrient-dense.  It is a complete source of plant-based protein, plus iron, B vitamins and antioxidants. It binds to heavy metals which may help cleanse the body. It supports detoxification and may improve heart health by balancing cholesterol. 


Pineapple is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps breakdown proteins and ease digestion with anti-inflammatory properties. 

Seasonal Flavors

We like to follow what's in season from the farmers on Kauai. Look out for our special seasonal flavors only available at our shop in Puhi such as Dragonfruit Lime, Watermelon Lime, Lychee Mint, and Mountain Apple.

A Latin ferment of cabbage, carrot, onion, oregano and jalepeno.

Fermented Market Veggies

Red radish, daikon, carrot, cauliflower with garlic, chili pepper in a sea salt brine.


Our Fermented Market Veggies change based on what produce is in season on Kauai.  We're always excited to see what the farmers are growing and what interesting fermentations we can come up with!

Naked Napa Kraut

Wild fermented organic, local Napa cabbage and sea salt.  That's it!  Sometimes the most simple pleasures are the best.

Nutrient Rich Kraut

A nutrient and vitamin rich sauerkraut with cabbage, kale, choy sum and nori.

Raw Olena Kraut

An island twist on sauerkraut that combines cabbage, pineapple, turmeric (olena), and ginger, unique ingredients that are known for their anti-inflammatory, skin, and digestive health benefits. 

Raw Ruby Kraut

A rich, deep purple sauerkraut that combines cabbage, beets, ginger, and garlic. Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Beetroots and beetroot juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance.


Wild Vegan Kimchi

Our fermented kimchi ingredients are always fresh and sourced as locally as possible to ensure taste and quality. No sugar is added.  We use Napa cabbage, daikon, Asian pear, ginger, garlic, green onion, Gochugaru (Korean chili pepper) & Hawaiian sea salt.
